TravelOps provides workflow software for travel and visa agencies. This policy describes how we handle information processed through the platform, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and other messaging channels connected by an agency.

What we process

  • Customer messages and contact details provided through agency channels
  • Case and workflow data entered or generated during intake and document handling
  • Documents uploaded for visa and travel support
  • Agency staff account and workspace configuration data

How we use data

Data is used to operate agency workflows: intake, case management, document review, staff collaboration, and customer replies on connected channels. We do not sell customer message content for advertising.

Tenant isolation

Each agency's data is scoped to that business workspace. Agencies control which channels are connected and which staff can access cases.

AI processing

AI features assist with conversation intake and document review. Workflow decisions and durable records are controlled by application rules and agency staff — not by unchecked model output.
